you people must have realised i havent entered a decent entry for quite some time. thats because ive been focusing all my energy on cooking. haha. that's why ive also been posting on my other journal, pammy's recipes journal! im not trying to be like a professional chef or something, haha. i just love to prepare and whip something up in the comfort of my own kitchen. especially local dishes because singaporean food is so yummy! (although my indonesian friend thinks otherwise, hah!) so im noting down my recipes cause i tend to be able to remember only one recipe at any one time. haha. i'll be challenging myself to more new dishes. and if they turn out good, i'll share my recipes there!
