i never would have stepped into the cinema to watch some war comedy flick if not for peiqi. we had a review assignment and everyone had to attend a film to critique it. she did tropic thunder and was exclaiming its awesome-ness in class today. so jiaquan and i went to ehub to watch it just a while ago. its ironic that im doing this now cause steve flashed lester and pq's official review in class this afternoon. but this is informal, and solely my opinion. but yea, it really is good. you'll find yourself laughing uncontrollably at the things they talk about and the language they use. robert downey is HOT. admist the african american skin tone and the blonde hair and seriously blue eyes that dont match, he still is the second hottest hollywood celeb next to patrick dempsey. ah qi likes matured men like this. haha. plot takes a little time to get used to, especially the war scenes at the beginning which made no sense till i heard 'CUT!' but i'd have to give a thumbs up to ben stiller for such a good production. love it. watch it to laugh like crazy.
