the weekend was spent at weili's birthday chalet. and its been so long since i ever saw those good buddies whom i spent almost all the time i had during our sec school days together with. carol, janice, cherine. and the seniors from weili's cohort were alot of fun. mag lee was there too, with faith. there was alot of catching up and its amazing how a stagnant 2/3 years friendship can still be so enthusiastic. it really means how true friends will always be in our minds and never forgotten. i really missed the thursdays where we ended school at 2pm and walked to the train station, deciding where to go because the drop-in centre wasnt opened. i remember many times bugis and tampines were where we headed cause it was so much more convenient. but now that we're no longer the little kids in school, we all lead different lives and more around more. seldom do we even have the time to call each other and say hi. an occasion like a friend's birthday really brings us together and rekindles the fire that burnt within our friendship. im glad that we got a chance to meet up and im sure there'll be more times where we will experience each other, always.
